More than 200 photos and videos from our guests in a single evening, without installing an app and without anyone having to explain how it works. In the end we had all the originals in one place. It simply worked.
Our key figures used to live in three systems and two spreadsheets. Today I open one cockpit and see attendance, sick leave and turnover at a glance. The follow-up e-mails have practically disappeared.
The departure check on the smartphone instead of paper was the moment the sceptics came on board too. Defects now reach us in the workshop immediately, not the next day.
