Starting point
HR-related information lived in different systems and reports. Getting an overview meant collecting data from several sources.
Goal
One application that brings the most important HR data and key figures together and presents them clearly to authorised users.
My role
Concept and development of the application, connection to the data warehouse, alignment of the analyses with the departments.
Implementation
The cockpit reads its data from a data warehouse in which HR data is consolidated. On top of that, the application shows employee master data, remuneration information, turnover, employee reviews, staff movements, overtime and undertime balances as well as further HR key figures and statistical analyses.
Result and benefit
HR works with one shared, current view instead of individual reports. Data integration, application development and business intelligence come together in a single tool.
