Before leaving, the driver works through a checklist: tick checkpoints, mark defects, submit. A short excerpt of the sections.

Starting point
Before every departure, drivers check their vehicle against a checklist. On paper this was hard to evaluate and defects reached the workshop late.
Goal
Record the check where it happens and make defects visible immediately.
My role
Concept, backend plugin with automated tests, evaluation in the intranet, implementation in the employee app.
Implementation
The checklist is divided into sections such as cab, engine, cargo area, winter operation and accessories, with more than 80 checkpoints. Drivers tick items, mark defects and attach photos. An intranet evaluation shows checks with charts and export; notifications inform about defects.
Result and benefit
A real operational procedure runs digitally, is traceable and can be evaluated. The backend module is secured by automated tests.
