Starting point
In companies using Microsoft 365, the phone often does not know the colleagues: callers show up as unknown numbers and contact data is maintained by hand.
Goal
Provide employee contacts centrally without anyone maintaining them manually on devices.
My role
Concept, development and operation of the solution.
Implementation
The solution provides employee contacts, including existing business phone and mobile numbers, in a suitable Exchange contact folder and keeps them in sync there. This contact folder can be available on mobile devices that are set up accordingly.
Result and benefit
Central, consistent contact data, less manual maintenance and simpler internal communication.
